How does this lady have credibility? Honest question. Why should we believe her? How would she know of an upcoming arrest?

I've seen her for a long time saying these things.
Of course, no proof or any sort of factual evidence. But she's been shouting for years now.
Who knows though. Let's just see if this arrest is groundbreaking. If it is, well, she's got a bit of credibility then.
