My husband worked with an engineer from the mideast who paid his cousin to take the Professional Engineer Exam for him. He advanced in position and had to build a structure that failed. He was never given a task like that again.

I think Kamala had someone else take the Bar exam for her, or cozied up to someone in charge of evaluating the exam.
