W/respect to the Occupation Chapter of the Law of War, they always frame it in terms of places like Iraq, but it feels to me like they are discussing the US occupation in a "hidden in plain sight" sort of way:

You usually have to consider the date and time with these posts, and see events around that time to understand the posts better. While it could also be a metaphor for the US, it still makes a lot of sense regarding Iran too. But "rising up and demanding" isn't something Islams in Iran could get away with without probably being taken away. None the less would be great to get that regime out of here.
