I always thought the "hostage" with the new puppet master was Alwaleed bin Talal, since he owned a near majority portion of Twitter and Bank of America, and was thrown in jailed after the coup. Q had said he was cooperating and his assets seized.

But Musk could make sense too since he was used for developing rocket technology outside of NASA to smuggle to NK.
