Hmmm ... I thought the government already 'owned' Roswell?? Anytime the rest of the world hears about Roswell, it's off limits and protected by the military. No unauthorized person can go there, so what's the deal?

Roswell is a city of about 50k people you can very much visit. I think you're confusing it with something else.
