Who gets to decide what is hate speech and what is ugly truth?

Most "conspiracy theory," and "hate speech," turn out to be ugly truth.

But it normally takes years to drag the ugly truth out into the light of day and prove it beyond doubt.

And if you allow the government to be the arbiter of truth, you are selecting the one organization that most often lies to the public.
