When do you arrest the election cheaters?

I’m thinking the sealed indictments may be for the cheating they already documented. If they arrest them before the election, who is going to do the cheating?

Very good point, yet I haven't seen any reports of military operations happening on US soil, yet. Nor have I seen FBI agents raiding Sec. of States offices around the country. When will these pre-voting day arrests begin?
