It is more than likely a one-time pad, so we're not going to break it.

It's probably relating to something happening overseas. Things are on the move.

What would be the chances of it lining up time wise with an air strike in Lebanon? At least if I converted time correctly, but you can see in the clip below it lists the current time for Tel Aviv as 10:22pm which is the same timezone as Lebanon and converting 19:34 UTC to Lebanon time is 10:34pm...so 12 mins after the air strike. A stream I keep an eye on (RawReporting) where someone clipped a building getting striked at 10:22pm.
