I wish the poster had had the sense to provide sauce. We all know something like this is easy to create with A.I. And while it might be legit, Concerned Citizen offered no verification beyond, it's leaked.

Source is 'MCI' ... basically FEDS can't make money off phone calls. Third party provides that service. That 3rd party leaks info like how MintMobile lets Wall Street know what you have invested in so they can bet against you, or like how Facebook will pay for your phone data from Apple and Google.
