Thanks again. Sorry to hear about your brother-in-law. I'll be 10 years post op this December. FYI - its a VERY tiny needle - so small there is a risk of it snapping off. Dose is in the micrograms - potent stuff. In my case, TOO potent - smallest dose was more than I could stand. I don't want to get too graphic but pain was nearly unbearable - physically, the desired effect was very much achieved.
