Not sure...but this is the first time I've ever seen him mention voting early himself
If I had to guess it's because Trump supporters are very enthusiastic and will vote early in droves if asked by Trump. If the election is to be stolen then there will be evidence of huge Trump turnout even before election night.
Perhaps Q team knows that Dominion wasn't expecting Trump voter turnout to be early, so everything is planned the night of.
