If you watch this video you, I think, will understand her conundrum. She has been, as she says, "screaming under water" for years. She does not trust the justice system, she does not trust the courts. She has put the evidence out there for a long time, and because of the corruption, because the entire system is in on it, she sees nothing being done, but finally thing are starting to fall into place, a little anyway.
