This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

Rules for General Chat

Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving

Nice to hear that your daughter's heart is melting. If we dont send our kids to good colleges and opportunities, they would hate us for ever. If we do send them, their souls get stolen. Finally all this BS is coming to an end.

Many of those whose hearts did not melt even when they saw him say "fight fight fight", are starting to melt after they saw Trump serve at McDs.

There is something very poignant with that video. We have seen fakery like Pelosi and all "take the knee" to the BLM, but you cannot imagine even for a second any one of these fake politicians doing something as simple and as every-day activity as serving in a fast food drive thru. Heck I dont think I can ever do that without making a fool of myself.

Thats why this image touched so many deeply. You should make her watch that video. I think it will add the final touches needed to her heart.

The most poignant part of that video for me is the two immigrant families toward the end.

Since the moment he descended the escalator, our favourite president has been a uniter NOT a divider - ergo the unceasing avalanche of LIES and HATE directed at him by career politicians, celebrities, the crooked media, and an endless multitude of pestiferous men and women of evil will.

The more they hate and lie, the more brightly shines the truth.
