Texas AG Sues Biden-Harris over 450K 'Potentially Ineligible Voters'

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) said Tuesday he is suing the Biden-Harris administration over 450,000 "potentially ineligible" voters.

So, the Biden administration is waiting until the end of registration to submit these applications, hoping it will be too late to notice or fight back legally.

I was wondering why Paxton waited so long to sue. This must be why.
