Many people are downright dumb. My then 85 yr old Dad went to pay his property tax last December. When he was in line he asked, "So are all of you here to pay your annual rental?" They were like, "No, we own our property." Dad then said, "You own it? If you don't pay your annual rental fee, what will the government do?" He opened some minds that day.
Yeah,baby! Same with local taxes on property. Ridiculous!
