Is Trump a felon? Everyone on FB is saying he is- but I thought he only got convicted in a civil court, not criminal- Thank you for the answer

Not according to Megan Kelly he's not. She said he was 'found liable' in a civil suit and that's worlds away from being convicted of a crime / felony.
