If one's intent is to interact with the psychic field, even having poor results, you are above average. Sometimes pursuing greater strength isn't helpful, sometimes we are sufficiently 'strong and powerful' and need to move on to uncharted potential. Leadership; fitting in and being one of the guys is way too easy to waste our gifts on.
