Nice idea. I legit nearly put a witches hat on her for this template.

Might do another one when I get time. Any suggestions on the text?

Something like combining "turn every city into Detroit" with "We aren't in Kansas any more".

I had a hard time for the caption, mine is pretty bland. I like the "we aren't in kansas any more" better . . . or somehow tie it to the destruction of San Francisco . . . ?

Your caption is good. The wicked witch thing crossed my mind when creating it.

You probably don't even need the overlay graphic if your going to be spreading this.
