Could be, but we have to go through with this show. So I suspect the election must be certified properly. That means waiting until January next year. Unless you want him to look like a dictator and sweep the democratic process away like the Dems did with Kamala.

It's become clear that the economic collapse will happen between now or during Trump's first year in office. In retrospect, this is a good thing. Trump will be able to immediately stop the bleeding and do what is necessary to fix the economy and destroy the Fed once and for all. If the true economic collapse happened under Biden's Admin, the US would have successfully been destroyed.
Many of Congress are guilty of treason and crimes against humanity. Why would we HAVE to let them certify the election? If they are in jail. I have no clue how certification could be handled or by whom. Dems are already threatening civil war and refusal of certification.
If those in Congress go through with that threat, then the police (military) gets involved. Everything that the WHs do is by the book. In fact, let the Dems go through with their threat of not certifying the election. If the Democrat party is not destroyed now, not certifying an election will certainly be the final nail in the coffin for that wretched party. It will be scary and amusing to watch.
I think the moment they refuse to certify, that is when the military can take over temporarily.
