Some people are slower to wake than others. Some people fall asleep easily.

I can't fault that to an extent, so long as they make an effort to get up.

I'm an insomniac. Sleep is difficult for me.

But sometimes even those sleeping get hit from the blinding light of the sun when someone opens the curtains for them.

Man I used a lot of sleep related metaphor here.
