I tested it now, If you bring up the Q post via a direct link it won't show the media keywords. But if you find the post by searching any words, even those not included in the media keywords, it will display the media keywords.
But for those wondering, the Q post is legit, and was not altered after the shooting. "Edited post July13th" just means the media keywords were added to.
It's been on the web archive since 2018, and for even more proof, I hashed the PDF file of all Q drops on the blockchain 2 years ago. Calculate the Sha256 of this Q PDF and it will match the crypto address here.
