First thing's first...

Any and all of these celebrities that said they'd move out of the country if Trump wins, needs to actually leave this time.

Rescind their citizenship and hand it to an illegal in front of them (doesn't work that way but something like that) - make sure the door hits them on the ass on the way out - and dontcha come back no more, no more, no more - no more!
