That's in violation of what a federal court just ruled on regarding federal ballots, am I right?
The 5th circuit overseas Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. I'm not sure that ruling applies to all states. In Nevada and Arizona, it would be 9th circuit.
According to Federal jurisprudence and precedent, any ruling made in any Federal District Court is automatically imposed on the rest of the Judicial Districts. So, the 5th Circuit's ruling shall be effectively applied to the rest of the country.
At least, in a more normal and perfect Union that would be the case. But under the current Federal Govt, it's anyone's guess as to whether any of the other Judicial Districts will follow the ruling.
Imho, that ruling will most likely end up being taken in front of SC(r)OTUS at some point during the next Presidency, as long as Trump is that President. But it won't be heard by them before the election.
I don't know how that work.
It's too late to not count ballots that did not arrive until after the election which didn't happen yet??
Cheating system USPS. I would send using UPS with tracking.
Dismantle it all 🤬 and start again.
Yes. I wholly support this
