I would never knowingly eat anything that Bill Gates has anything to do with. Trying to get back to basics around here and buy local meat, produce but dairy - we are kind of at their mercy. Milk prices are high butter is very expensive. Did you know you can buy a small butter churn that makes about 1 cup of butter in 15 minutes? Check it out.

Wow. I am so impressed. I have seen butter made when I was in Africa. This is interesting thing.
It is quite nice, problem is - it doesnt save much if any money - heavy cream is expensive. But we have made special (herb, garlic) butter a couple of times and it works well so if Gates Butter becomes the only option to buy - we wont have to.
I need to remember this if Gates shit is the only thing. LOL
You can make it in a blender or food processor, too - all you need is a heavy cream and some patience. A little salt if you'd like.
We did think of that but didnt know how much butter we would lose on the blades or how long/what setting to use!
