Why do they hate cows so much? Seems like modern day cult of mithraism among the hidden unknowns and the financial elite (wall st bull). That would make all these startups trying to disintermediate ranching and cows a kind of modern day pagan cult of sun worship

The rationale for killing the cows is unknown. Apparently it was due to a story told only to cult initiates but has been lost to time.
