Agreed, but it t still seems strange to me that people let themselves be influenced by the opinions of K-12 or college educators. I remember my days, and maybe I was a natural cynic, but I tried to parse through the material for verifiable facts and let the opinions slide away. I was pretty disdainful of much of the staff, who I viewed as overcompensating midwits and eccentrics. I guess I projected much of myself and assumed that most other students just nodded and smiled at the BS for a grade, but didn’t let the BS take hold after the class ended. Last year I had lunch at a food court near a community college and some of the students at nearby tables were kind of loud. I was a little taken aback when they were speaking unironically about goofy topics such as climate change, slut shaming, homo shit, etc, as if they have no independent thinking or rebellious streak. The commie psychologists really figured out how to exploit the virtue signaling, approval seeking mind.
