The Justice Department alleged Virginia violated federal law when it launched a systematic program aimed at purging potential noncitizens from its voter rolls 90 days before the election.

I don't know. It sets a clear precedent for all similar lawsuits. We all know there will be LOTS of lawsuits over this election. The illegals need to be removed for this election. It's not a decision only for future elections.

Let's see how it goes.
