With just a week before Election Day, Miami-Dade County’s Elections Department is responding to a troubling incident caught on camera involving early voting ballots inside a ballot box on a Miami-Dade road after falling from an unlocked truck.

Hard to believe. Miami has such incredibly high standards. Everyone is highly educated, fluent in English, and all are civic-minded, disciplined, motivated, sober individuals.
