Alternative to antibiotics?

I'm trying to get "clean" and avoiding antibiotics is a part of that. Could anyone recommend any protocols to deal with a bacterial infection, well a brewing one

I wife just finished taking oregano oil for a sinus infection. It worked. You can buy the gel caps online. The brand she used is Lovira Oil of Oregano. This one also contains black seed oil. I think she order it off Amazon, but it took a while to arrive.
