The lawsuit announcement could be a huge "shot across bow" warning to CBS (and other MSM), to reconsider any plans to inaccurately skew their election night commentary to show Kamala being in the early lead, even if she is not. My speculation: The announcement could telegraphing that a bigger lawsuit could be filed, for election night misreporting/interference.
