The guy who stepped forward to step on the phone was faster than the guy closer.
That should be considered a threat. I hope they arrested them for questioning and a little jail time.
The one who stepped on the phone pointed in the direction of the thrower just before the video ended. I could be wrong be the thrower appeared to be Asian.
