Ryan Routh has been arrested about 100 times and has never spent a day in jail. Routh was overseas recruiting military terrorists to fight in the Ukraine and also trying to get "No Look" visas for them to pass into countries without problems. Customs and Border Patrol had flagged him to be interrogated when he returned to the US, but DHS and HSI chose to ignore the order.

Ryan Routh is a deep state asset.

Guy with no visible means of support travels all over the world doing things that the DS would be doing but we are suppose to think he is just a random dude with a gun. Another Lee Harvey Oswald government recruit.
