Popular vote doesn't matter because we aren't a democracy. The left has been wanting to get rid of the electoral college for at least 30 years but we have a Constitution that anchors it into law. To change it would require an constitutional amendment which needs a two-thirds approval in Congress, then it has to be ratified by three-fourths (37) of the States. Ain't gonna happen.
Yes, we are a democracy. The US was converted in 1871 upon the institution of USA Inc. You're welcome to do the dig.
It was stated in the congressional record also, in 1933.
The constitution is background; in the War of 1812, the original was replaced with a single word changed, making it invalid. Also, the original 13th amendment was removed (13th ratified in 1811). You can find the original constitution in the National Archives, along with some documents such as the military manual of 1825, which opens with the original constitution and amendments, including the 13th. Such docs are also available in state archives and those territories applying for statehood.
This wasn't a game for the globalist bunch. It was a major move to keep the US open to them, since the 13th would have banned lawyers etc from holding public office.
Conversion to a democracy was necessary so "they" could control both govt and the economy through the fed, and provide the necessary watch over it all: the fed, FBI, IRS and ADL.
It's all in the records.
That only works if the 13th was legally removed/changed, which it wasn't. If you'll do your homework and dig deeper you will find that only applies to federal controlled property and courts.
Wrong. We are a republic that insurgent took over and unconstitutionally changed. That means they illegally run the government t outside the legal restraints of rhe Constitution. Thats about to change.
