Disagree. First part of the first admin was a big sting operation. Q and mil intel knew who the bad guys were. Trump wasn't just aimlessly putting people in power. No way. Art of War. Put in bad people so the enemy thinks you're dumb. Then they get arrogant and the trap is sprung.
