I am a Ga. resident and the law DOES state that a voter can hand carry their ballot to the elections office. And since it is submitted to the ELECTIONS OFFICE AND NOT A POLLING PLACE, THERE ARE NO POLE WATCHERS AT THE elections office. The Ga. law says specifically that a voter can take their ballot to the elections office after early voting and even up to and on election day. I have no info about the fact that the ELECTIONS OFFICE WAS OPENED ON THE WEEKEND.
