What a bunch of snakes! Gwinnett county used to be a red stronghold but it got corrupted by dumbass liberals who fled the horrible APS schools in search of something better outside the perimeter. Gwinnett county used to be in the top 10 of all school districts in the nation producing more high school graduates at 88% than any other county in the state. Fast forward to 2020 when the school board ousted long time superintendent, Alvin Wilbanks and redrew districts all the while defunding the school police and tying the hands of school administrators with woke discipline practices. As the school system crashed and burned, so too did the county itself. We exited during covid after 25 years and haven't looked back to what was once a nice place to live, turned liberal shithole.
I would agree that there are still some red hot spots in Gwinnett. Just not nearly like it used to be....and please forgive me for referring to Gwinnett as a shithole. That was harsh as there are still nice places in the county.
I live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta. Still red area but growing very quickly. Worried that many coming north are going to change our beautiful area and turn it liberal.
