Should be a hand up not a long-term hand out even Bill Clinton was pro work requirements.

Work gives a person personal INDEPENDENCE for themselves and belonging.

Women and men benefit from not being grifters expecting someone else to carry them.

A slothful life is dirty and dishonest.
