One would say it's not about the squirrel, but about a judge signing warrant based on a single complaint for the state agents to raid the guy's house like he was a murder suspect.

They were forced to sit outside their house for 5 hours while denied legal representation while the agents tore his house apart. The guy was escorted inside to use the bathroom and they even tore his toilet apart.
