Squirrels are game animals. It's perfectly legal to go out and shoot as many as you want,acourding ro you state game laws. These laws have no exceptions. If I shoot a deer 5 minutes after dark,I would face heavy penalties......

Thus, using this same logic; cattle, pigs, sheep, geese, ducks and chickens are all raised and killed for meat.

So, anyone can open fire on these animals, with zero repercussions.
