The person who's head he's shaving is Vincent Kennedy McMahon, former owner of WWE, from a wrestling event in the mid/late 2000s. Unsurprisingly, McMahon has been under serious legal fire in the last several years and was essentially forced out of his own company after he merged it with TKO. Weirdly, he also looks very different and now sports a mustache for the first time in his life. Trump and McMahon are friends dating back to at least the late 80s, and his wife Linda was the small business administrator.
