What if after Trump wins DECISIVELY tomorrow and in order to really screw things up, Joe resigns and Kamala is made the president....

Then she would have to choose a VP who would certify the election.... But that VP would have to be approved by congress....which could take a while

But I think u/Ltlgeneral64 point is that there won't be a VP. However there will be an acting VP - Speaker of the House as per the succession line. So this particular move will not be fruitful.
