They still publicly want wanting to incite violence against Trump supporters. They're hate and rage is even worse so you're 100% right, we should not care about how they feel. Although they're mentally deranged, they're still adults and shouldn't be pampered and coddled. Their special treatment likely was a major contributing factor to their behavior.

They must be left to suffer with the consequences of their choices and actions. We cannot and should not try to help everyone. There are some that are reasonable and can be helped but some of them truly belong in an insane asylum because that's where they'd get help or at least kept away from the public.
