People love to make up theories and it’s entertaining. I live near this town, and I would not guess these are all “celebrity homes.” I have a good friend in Camarillo, regular folks neighborhoods. Those homes on the videos are high end, but mostly well off business people live in them. Enjoy your fantasies though, LOL.
