Whenever someone presents a heavily clipped quote from anyone - go look for the source and understand the context of the original, then you will gain an understanding of what the presenter is trying to achieve.

It basically tells everyone they are lying shitbags, and for some reason they don't comprehend that people see through them and that once they do, they never go back to the reservation.
