I’d suggest he leave Mar-a-lago and set up shop at a military base where he has a guarded perimeter and be able to fly in and out without notice on a military unmarked plane. Hold all meeting via encrypted zoom but not divulge his location to anyone. Tell the fake news he is one place when he’s at another.

If he wants to go somewhere he gives no advance notice to anyone but his closest security. Regular looking SUV. Just pops in to everyone’s surprise and leaves through underground parking or by helicopter without fanfare.
