Days after the election, D.C. residents and many others across the country said they’re getting spam text messages with racist language.

My first thought was this Q drop 4414:

RED4: Movement of MIL assets [10th Mountain_1st Marine_CPSD_Marine_QVIR] to central locations under guise of citizen riot control.

Seems like someone is trying to spur civil unrest.
