Good to know. Thanks for that context. IF that was the reason, the PR is still terrible & shows that FEMA cannot be bipartisan, which only makes it worse no matter how you look at it.

Seems FEMA must be removed & I hope it is at this point. With crowdsourcing & fast communications, it is much easier for local to request what is needed & get help from donors instead of an ineffecient fed group.
