She said she was sad, I took that as her asking for help. She wasn't mad at me for supporting Trump, just worried.

5-7 stages of griefs, u can’t help, she has to go alone. Best to seek spiritual practice grounding or enjoy nature.

Could recommend her to set her own intention of know the truths and open to see through lies, and let God / Highest Power lead her.
