Seems to me this would violate the Separation of Powers.
But the constitution places the Vice President as the President of the Senate, so that would tell me the converse, that it is not violation of SoP.
The Constitution names the vice president of the United States as the president of the Senate. In addition to serving as presiding officer, the vice president has the sole power to break a tie vote in the Senate and formally presides over the receiving and counting of electoral ballots cast in presidential elections.
We are under the Republic’s Constitution now, not the defunct corporation. Wise to research & check. This is all the more reason why we need full disclosure & declas.
