It's just a cargo plane. But I can't comment on the cargo. Usually for pretty large deliveries like a thaad truck or whatever else. Think c130, but I think those have been decommissioned
My first instinct was Hercules - can be cargo or troops-in-straps (seats against walls). Raked back wings makes it C130. I think. IMO. Not decommisioned, they keep on going.
That's a C-17 but you're correct, the C-130 Hercules and the C-130J Super Hercules (upgrade) are both still very much in commission. The C-130 Hercules has been operational non-stop for 70 years. Great planes for touch-and-goes and using Jet Assisted Take Off (JATO) bottles they can make some amazing short runway takeoffs.
They are huge aircraft in terms of storage, but they are nimble.
